As Technical Project Manager Digital projects you manage traffic engineering projects from A to Z where software development and digitization are central : You ensure that your projects are realized in accordance with the contractual agreements, deadlines and budgets, and this in accordance with the quality requirements of internal clients and external client. You actively strive for customer satisfaction and succeed in keeping the interests of all parties and stakeholders in balance. You coordinate the technical sub-projects, as well as various sub-projects. In doing so, you will work closely with varying project teams in order to achieve the set objectives as one team. Within the framework agreements you will look for opportunities and new strategies in which you will take a leading role in the commercial management. You are responsible for communication and reporting to management and international partners. Writing documentation for knowledge transfer to colleagues and for delivery to the customer. You may wish to further specialize in C-ITS applications for V2V (vehicle to vehicle) and V2I (vehicle to infrastructure) You work on several pilot projects (R&D) You provide technical guidance concerning the projects to the team You focus on networking protocols for V2V (vehicle to vehicle) and V2I (vehicle to infrastructure), technical interface to HQ concerning products Profile: You are a Master in ICT or Electronics (Computer Science, Industrial Engineer ICT or Applied Informatics) or equivalent through experience You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in managing (digital) projects, preferably within a complex IT environment. You have fluent written & spoken knowledge of Dutch, French and English. You are able to coordinate and motivate technical IT / development profiles Knowledge of decision-making processes and of laws and regulations (including public procurement, tenders and contracts) can be useful. You have already proven yourself to be a good negotiator have real team spirit and succeed in "getting things done" together with a broad group of colleagues. You are technically oriented, service and customer oriented Prince2 certification is strongly recommended.
