we are looking for a Digital Business Relationship Manager. Position overview: As a Digital Business Relationship Manager (DBRM) you need the skills to effectively communicate with multiple business units, to understand their technological needs and as such be the main point of contact between DBP, and one or more business areas such as finance, service, operations.... As a DBRM professional you are actively looking for ways to simplify the work of our employees. You analyze the way they work, and you map out how they could work differently. You get to work together with the employees involved. You encourage them and help them improve and facilitate their daily work. The assignments within this role are broad and vary from detecting opportunities, analyze and optimize business processes and complete implementations of automated business processes. Roles and Responsibilities: - Proactively searching for the "business value" both short-term and long-term with a focus on digital awareness, customer delight and risk assessment. - Building and managing relationship to oversee "convergence and strategic partnering" across the organization. - Advising and coaching your business stakeholders and DBP team members when making their decisions. - Ensuring initiatives are set up for success and aligned with the corporate strategy and track adoption across the relevant departments. - Managing the implementation of projects; coordinate involvement of end-users, manager projects risks and budgets - Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends such as ERP, PLM, e-business,... Candidate profile/required skills: - Use communicative (writing, speaking, presenting) and coaching skills to share vision & opinion with key figures in the organisation. - Ability to positively influence others and bond with business partners to break down organizational silos. - Ability to focus on business value results instead of solutions, pragmatic thinker as opposed to a dogmatic dreamer. - Interested in detail while not losing the overall picture and direction. - High level of initiative, ability to work well in a global and virtual team environment, plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction. - Prepared to travel on an occasional basis both to other TOMRA sites or customers' sites, both domestic and abroad. Extra Skills: - Fluent in English - Experience in any of the following is a plus: implementing ERP, web projects, PLM Education: - Academic training with 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant role - Process modelling, project management, program management, lean or discreet manufacturing with a certification in any of these Our Offer We would like to offer you a project for 6 to 12 months.
