For our client located in Gent we are looking for a temporary Management Assistant from June til December. Function: • Coordinates and organises the Manager’s calendar; • Coordinates Management meetings which includes travel arrangements, agenda planning and being the liaison between all participants; • Coordinates and organises conferences/events; • Responsible for creating various kinds of documents and presentations • Finance & Administration; invoice handling, time reports, travel expenses, order handling; • Supports the management team with Team place administration / development • Coordinates and organises guided tours at Gent • Other administrative tasks Your Profile: • Previous experience as Management Assistant required; • You are fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken; • You have excellent IT skills; • You are service minded, proactive and enjoy the challenges of supporting management teams; • You have the ability to organise; structure and prioritize a wide range of administrative issues in an efficient way; • You feel comfortable in working independently; • You have excellent communication skills and networking skills; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Organizational skills, attention to details, problem solving skills, and ability to cope with conflicting demands; Are you available/interested?
